About Us

We’re Pascale and Andy and we’re so glad you’re here!

Before we meet the young people we work with, we think it really helps for them to know a little bit about us first. Building confidence starts with feeling comfortable and that begins with connection.

We believe learning should feel encouraging, supportive and fun — not pressured or intimidating. Whether we’re working through a tricky topic or developing skills on the football pitch, our focus is always on helping young people grow in confidence, resilience, and self-belief.

Every child is different, so we take the time to understand what makes them tick. We create a friendly environment where questions are welcomed, mistakes are part of learning and effort is always celebrated.

English and ESOL Tutoring

BA (hons) Creative Writing & Cultural and Media Studies

TESOL Level 5 Trinity

Hi I'm Pascale 👋

I believe that no single approach fits every pupil. My goal is to help young people find their voice and feel confident in their abilities, whether they are overcoming learning barriers, developing their English as an additional language or striving to attain higher levels in English across levels. As a mum of three boys, I understand the different ways young people learn and the unique pressures they face; I bring that same patience and practical understanding to every session.

With years of experience leading both English and ESOL departments in the education sector, I bring a high level of expertise to my work. I have also used my knowledge and experience when collaborating with schools and businesses to establish supportive and positive working environments for people who use English as an additional language. Living and volunteering overseas has allowed me to better understand the perspective of these young people.

Beyond the mainstream UK education sector, I have liaised closely with local councils as an SEN tutor, helping primary and secondary pupils navigate challenges and support reintegration into the school system. My approach is rooted in collaboration; by building a genuine partnership, I empower my pupils to share their knowledge and communicate with confidence in any setting.

I love doing anything creative and over the years have taught myself the piano-with one or two tunes in my repertoire. You may also find me on our local padel court!

Maths Tutoring and Football Coaching

BSc (hons) Sport, Fitness and Coaching

Qualified Teacher Status

CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills

Hi, I’m Andy 👋

I’m an experienced educator and coach with over 13 years of teaching across mainstream, private, and alternative education settings in the UK and overseas. I love my current role as an Associate Assistant Headteacher, Head of PE, Maths Teacher, and Manager of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at a Pupil Referral Unit. At the heart of everything I do is a real passion for helping young people reach their full potential — academically, physically, and personally.

I hold FA qualifications in football, futsal, and blind football coaching, and love bringing energy and enthusiasm both to the classroom and the pitch. I currently coach two age groups at Brockenhurst Youth FC and serve on the club’s committee. I’m also proud to support my local community as a governor at the local primary school.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing something active — playing or watching any sport (I’m a lifelong Chelsea supporter!), exploring my local beaches, or discovering more of The New Forest with my three children.

My mission is simple: to create inclusive, supportive environments where every young person feels safe, valued, and confident to take ownership of their physical, mental, and personal growth.
